Yes. Smaller, focused projects are a core part of the business. The standard is intentionally high even when the scope is a repair, refresh, installation or punch list.
Do you do full kitchen gut renovations or major additions?
Eleventh & Main is focused on smaller contracting scopes, refreshes, repairs and finish improvements rather than large additions or major whole-home renovation projects.
Can I send a list of several smaller items?
Absolutely. A grouped punch list is often a great fit. Include everything you are considering so Kevin can review the work as one scope.
What kinds of work are common?
