As early as possible. A clear deadline helps the team evaluate what can realistically be completed before photography.
Can the Realtor send the list directly?+
Yes. Working directly from a Realtor or seller punch list is a normal fit.
Can you help with both inside and outside items?+
Yes, depending on the scope. Interior finish work and selected property-maintenance items can often be coordinated together.
