Only work that is appropriate for the project, municipality and licensing requirements. Larger or specialty electrical work should be completed by a licensed electrician.

Yes, when the electrical scope is appropriate and the project can be handled safely and legally.
Can you add a new circuit or upgrade my panel?+
No. Panel work and new-circuit projects belong with a licensed electrical contractor.
